Does Alicaring Community sponsor 482 visas?
Alicaring Community holds an Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, which lets it nominate a carer for a 482 visa in Queensland in home care. Sponsorship means this employer nominates you for a specific full-time position; you cannot apply alone, and the employer pays every visa cost — a fee to you is illegal. Its community-language support is verified on My Aged Care, so a carer who speaks Vietnamese may qualify for the lower CALD English bar of IELTS 4.5 overall. The agreement runs to 4 December 2029, which covers the two years a 482 needs before the employer can nominate for permanent residency.
Ask about permanent residency before you accept
