Using this tool means accepting what follows. It is short and it is written to be understood. The most important part is the first section, so read that one even if you skip the rest.

It is not migration advice.

In Australia, only a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner may give you immigration assistance. We are neither. This tool does arithmetic on answers you type and filters a public list — it cannot know your circumstances, cannot spot the exception that applies to you, and cannot be relied on for a decision that affects your right to stay in the country.

Before you act on anything you see here — before you resign, move city, pay for a test, or turn down an offer — check it with a registered agent or a community legal centre. Several are free.

Where to get free, real advice

What this is not

  • Not migration advice

    Nothing here is immigration assistance within the meaning of section 280 of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth). We do not advise on your application, prepare it, lodge it, or deal with the Department on your behalf. We are not a registered migration agent and hold no MARN.

  • Not legal advice

    We are not your lawyers, no solicitor-client relationship is created by using this tool, and nothing you type here is covered by legal professional privilege.

  • Not a job board

    An employer appearing in your list means it holds an Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement. It does not mean the employer is hiring, is willing to sponsor you, or has any vacancy at all.

  • Not a decision

    Only the Department of Home Affairs decides visas. A result here is arithmetic on the answers you gave, not an indication of what any decision-maker will do.

Nobody may charge you for sponsorship

It is against the law for anyone to ask you for money, or any other benefit, in return for sponsoring you or nominating you for a visa. If an employer, an agent or a middleman asks you to pay for a job that comes with sponsorship, that is illegal — and this tool will never introduce you to anyone on those terms. We take no payment from employers and no commission on placements. If someone asks you to pay, see the Advice & safety page.

Using the tool, you agree to these.

Accurate answersEvery output depends entirely on your inputs. A wrong expiry date or an overstated test score produces a confidently wrong timeline.
Other people's detailsOne account can hold several profiles. If you enter someone else's information, you confirm you have their permission and you will show them our privacy policy.
Your accountKeep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is in your account.
Fair useDo not scrape the app, break into it, overload it, or resell its output as your own migration service. Do not use it to give migration advice to others for a fee — that is exactly what section 280 prohibits.

What we do not promise

Everything here is offered in good faith and checked against official sources, which are linked throughout so you can verify any claim yourself. It still comes with no guarantee.

  • The employer list ages

    Labour agreements are granted and they lapse. Our copy is current 30 June 2026 and is refreshed periodically, not live. Always confirm against the Home Affairs source before you act.

  • The rules change

    Visa criteria, occupation lists, salary thresholds and English requirements all change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes with immediate effect. A result computed today may be wrong tomorrow through no fault of yours or ours.

  • Availability

    This is offered as-is and free. It may be down, slow, or discontinued. Do not let a deadline depend on this app being reachable.

  • Errors happen

    The logic is tested, but no software is faultless. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

The authoritative employer list is published by Home Affairs and is available here. Where our copy and theirs disagree, theirs is right.

Liability

The limit

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this tool or from anything you decided on the strength of it — including a visa refused, an application lodged late, a job not obtained, or money spent on a test or a certificate. You use it at your own risk, and the decisions remain yours.

Your consumer rights survive

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again.

Housekeeping

Your dataHow we handle what you enter is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our contentThe wording, design and code are ours. The underlying facts — the employer list, the visa rules — are public, and every source is linked so you can go and check it.
Ending itYou can stop using the tool and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to break the law.
ChangesThese terms may change. The date at the top moves when they do, and continuing to use the tool means accepting the current version.
Governing lawThese terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
