Does OSAN Ability Assist sponsor 482 visas?
OSAN Ability Assist holds an Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, which lets it nominate a carer for a 482 visa in New South Wales in home care. Sponsorship means this employer nominates you for a specific full-time position; you cannot apply alone, and the employer pays every visa cost — a fee to you is illegal. It is primarily a disability provider, so the role may sit in NDIS work even though the agreement is for aged care. Its community-language support is verified on My Aged Care, so a carer who speaks Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Vietnamese, Hindi may qualify for the lower CALD English bar of IELTS 4.5 overall. The agreement runs to 30 June 2030, which covers the two years a 482 needs before the employer can nominate for permanent residency.
Ask about permanent residency before you accept
