Does TLC Aged Care sponsor 482 visas?
TLC Aged Care holds an Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, which lets it nominate a carer for a 482 visa in Victoria in residential aged care. Sponsorship means this employer nominates you for a specific full-time position; you cannot apply alone, and the employer pays every visa cost — a fee to you is illegal. The agreement ends on 8 June 2028, under two years away — ask whether it will be renewed before planning a two-year 482 around it.
Ask about permanent residency before you accept
